many time because of our ego and attitude we make fight more worst with our loved one. and sometimes relation comes to an end because of argument.
when we are angry we don't have any idea what we are saying and what will be its affect on relation.
today i will tell about 3 such things that you should do when you are in situation
of fight with your loved one
step 1. :- TAKE A PAUSE - Take a pause when you are in fight with your loved one let her/him say if you reply to her argument the situation will become worst.
become slient for a minute and take deep breath {3 times what i do}
step 2. :- HOLD HANDS AND INTERLOCK YOUR FINGURES- and now approach your loved one hold their hands and interlock your fingers with them. it is impossible to gone made if you hold hands because it decrease the level of stress hormone in our body.
step 3. :- HEART TO HEART HUG- Give your loved one a heart to heart hug and try to match the tempo of breath level with your loved one. After closing your eyes feel just like you both are alive and where will you be after three hundred years ago.
after few minutes all grudges ego arguments will be totally vanished...
